After 20 years in the interior design field and being an entrepreneur, Carolyn started up a small personal blog that has launched her career into full time blogging and social media strategy. In 2011, she was one of 3 founding members of SoCal Lady Bloggers, a support network of over 800 women. She is a consultant to the ConnectHER conference and is a regular speaker on how to use your blog to start a business. She works with small businesses on their social media strategy and has organized workshops for bloggers on the topics of working within different social media platforms and goal setting for your blog/business.

Melissa started blogging before it was cool and has used her creativity to design websites for many bloggers/businesses. She is also a serial entrepreneur and founded several online businesses. She is also the founder of Bling Diva Designs, an online source for blinged-out wedding cake toppers. She is internationally known for her bling Kitchen Aid mixers that she crafts by hand with over 8000 Swarovski Crystals for bakers around the world. She is one of the partners in SoCal Lady Bloggers and is the designer behind our fabulous Social Elements Media website and logo.
